Our Health and Safety Policy (OHS)
Pavana GmbH is a company providing highly specialised services in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on the planning, development and implementation of wind energy projects. The protection of the safety and health of our employees, as well as all persons working on our behalf, is a key component of our corporate responsibility and our sustainable business practices. The activities of Pavana GmbH, particularly wind measurement campaigns, work involving meteorological masts and verification activities, are associated with specific work-related risks. Our objective is to systematically identify, assess and minimise these risks through appropriate measures in order to ensure safe and healthy working conditions.
The Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Management System of Pavana GmbH is aligned with the requirements of DIN EN ISO 45001. The principles and commitments contained therein provide the framework for our OHS management system and are consistent with our corporate strategy and long-term objectives. To establish and maintain an effective and robust OHS management system, we are guided by the following principles:
Through this OHS Policy, the Management Board, managers and all employees of Pavana GmbH commit themselves to deriving specific OHS objectives and OHS performance indicators and to complying with all applicable legal requirements and other obligations binding on the company. Management ensures that the OHS management system achieves its intended outcomes. Non-conformities and weaknesses are systematically investigated, appropriate corrective actions are implemented, and continual improvement of the management system is ensured.
Furthermore, management is committed to consistently eliminating or minimising hazards and to reducing work-related risks in a targeted manner. The measures required for this purpose are planned, integrated into the OHS management system, implemented and regularly reviewed for their effectiveness.
