As an approved expert, Pavana is authorised for the determination of site quality after commissioning according to Technical Guideline 10 (TR10) of the FGW (German Fördergesellschaft Windenergie und andere Dezentrale Energien e.V.).

Operators of wind farms that are subsidised by the German Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG) 2017 or 2021 and remunerated according to the single-stage reference energy yield procedure must prove the site quality at regular intervals of 5 years by means of an expert opinion. The calculation of the site quality is based on operational data, which is evaluated using a technical procedure defined in the TR10.

We check in advance whether the required data is complete and in correct form, so that the data basis can be optimised right from the recording. Only in this way a proper, timely and smooth assessment of the site quality is possible.

In order to be able to plan for the long term even before the 5 years have elapsed, we recommend carrying out annual interim evaluations. In this way, trends can be identified at an early stage, which are essential for further decisions and agreements with stakeholders.
